Refund policy

24 hour refunds

You may request a cancellation and refund within 24 hours of purchase for any reason. Please message us immediately and we'll process your refund.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return postage and refunds will only be granted if goods are brand new and in unused condition or undamaged and in the original packaging.

Please note that this does not apply to custom-made pieces or Gift Vouchers; these are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they have been damaged in transit, in which case we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds of returned goods
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.

As with any electronica banking transaction, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted into your banking account. Please allow at least a week for funds to appear and if you’ve done this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


Sale items (if applicable)
Will only be refunded at sale value that they were purchased for.


Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges occur on a case by case basis. As with any one of a kind artwork, each piece is unique and may carry inclusions in the crystals and imperfections as with any handmade work. We believe this is what makes your jewellery truly one of a kind and as such, we will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
